When will my order be shipped? 

Orders will be shipped within the week they were purchased, but often sooner

Can I track my order? 

Yes! You can track your package with the Shop App

Can I exchange or return an item? 

I do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final, however if your item is damaged I will happily replace it! Contact me at heartstuckonpaper@gmail.com within 15 days after receiving your purchase. 

Do you ship internationally? 

I currently only ship in the USA.

What is your response time?
